I used a digital stamp by Delicious Doodles...the Penguin Family.

This beautifully drawn, detailed image was a perfect one for the
Decoupage Technique.
I used chalk to color the sky with my good ol' CTMH cloud stencil. Anyone out there have one?
I printed a couple of copies of the image and cut out parts of one of them, layering them after sponging the edges with Distress Ink in Black Soot.
I used Glossy Accents on the eyes and icy cliffs, and Stickles for the snow.
The background paper is CTMH's Tommy.
