Fruit Stand Bookmarks & Card by Jess

Hello friends!

Happy Tuesday!  It's fresh. by jess here today with a brand new card for the Artystamper design team.

Here is handmade card  for this week:

This card came together really nicely. I had an idea to start with bookmarks....and then needed a card to present them in!  SO - I started off by printing the Tall Tags in a 5x7 form and trimming out. I added some cute ribbon/lace accents to create mini bookmarks! I printed off the orange/white background paper from the Fruit Stand Paper Pack and used it to make the background, then created a small pocket on the front to hold the bookmarks!

I had printed out two copies of the Tall Tags - and needed and sentiment for the card - so I fussy cut out the basket of oranges along with the "sign" part and adhered with some 3D foam tape. A tiny bit of glitter was added to some of the oranges for sparkle.  I chose some orange and olive cardstock for the background layers. Thanks for stopping by!

Hand Picked For You

Hi, everyone! It's Nancy here with you today.

Today I am actually sharing two projects.
I've created a card and a bookmark.
These projects coordinate, and would make a lovely set!
Add a book and you'd have a wonderful gift set!
They were created using:

Fruit Stand Digital Stamp Set and

Fruit Stand Paper Pack and Tall Tags.

Here they are together:

Let's start with the card:

I began with a white cardstock card base.
Then added one of the digital papers for the background.
I then went into the files and added the "Hello Sweet Friend" sentiment to the sign board.
I chose all the flowers I wanted, in the sizes I wanted,
and then printed everything out.

Then I cut everything out.
I inked all the edges, curled the flower petals,
and layered them in place using foam tape.
Finally, I added some Gold Liquid Pearls to the center of the flowers.

Now for the bookmark:

I recently purchased a Laminator,
so I've got my eyes open for ways to use it.
The fun in buying new toys is finding ways to use them, right?

I printed the Tall Tag out, and cut it out.

I printed out another piece of the same paper that I used on the card.
I traced around the tag, and cut it out.
I adhered the two pieces together, and punched the hole out.
Then I ran it through my Laminator.
It did a fabulous job!
I added a ribbon to the top of the tag.
Now the tall tag is a long lasting bookmark!

I think the "Hand Picked For You"
is a great sentiment for a bookmark
if it's included with a gift of a book, don't you?

Isn't that a pretty set?
