We were given a couple of images to use, and I thought this one was great for the spotlight technique.
I stamped the words, "Joy, Hope and Love" from a CTMH stamp set. The image itself is stamped on some very old CTMH B&T paper. I colored the spotlighted area with Prismacolor Pencils and Mineral spirits. The pearls are from Hobby Lobby and the patterned paper is from Michael's.
The spotlighted area is coated with Glossy Accents to make it Shiny.
