Tiny Christmas Notebook

No excuses! I now have a place to write down all my Christmas lists and notes.

I made this as an inspiration piece for the Altered Eclectics monthly challenge.

This little book was something I picked up at a rummage sale. It was the end of the day when everything was marked, "fill a bag for $1."

I got all sorts of things to alter...the end of the sale is the perfect time for us altered art enthusiasts!

I used some papers I picked up at Hobby Lobby for 22 cents per sheet, and Crafty Secrets' Vintage Retro CD images.

The notebook had a tiny tree charm on the cover. I ripped it off and saved it to add later.  I pages of this tiny book are handmade paper...so beautiful.

I used Walnut Ink Distress Ink as well as Pine Needles to distress the edges of my images. The fibers are from my stash...very old...finally using some!

I hope you like...

I am entering this in the following challenges...
As an applicant for the Crafting Café Design Team, I am interested in using mostly digital stamps in my art. I love vintage, and enjoy coloring and trying new techniques. I know I could be an asset to your team. I am great with deadlines, too. Please read my bio in the right sidebar.

Wish me luck everyone!

Have fun and don't forget to join in the Altered Eclectics challenge this month. Always anything goes, as long as it's not a card or scrapbook page.

Enjoy the journey,
