It's time for another challenge over at Crafts Galore Encore. This time our wonderful sponsor is

I was honored to choose the adorable cupcake image from her, "Make A Wish" digital stamp set.
After printing out the cupcake on regular white card stock, I colored it with Prismacolor Markers, and shaded it with Prismacolor Premier Pencils. I used my old Coluzzle to cut a circle out of the card stock, which created a place to create a candle "glow" using Distress Oxide inks. I found a piece of background paper and card stock from my stash, inked the edges of the patterned paper with Distress Oxide Ink and layered them.
The card base is A2 size. However, I took the artistic liberty to put my elements off the edges.
After all, how many cards have I seen with TONS of stuff hanging off of them? Guess this card will need a larger envelope!
The sentiment is also from the stamp set. I punched the top of the senti with a notebook punch, and layered onto a scrap of cs that I again found in my stash.
The final touch was some Nuvo Glitter Drops on the flame and candies.
